1.2 本应用提供的所有解读内容均基于传统紫微斗数理论，结合人工智能技术生成，仅供参考和娱乐目的。
1.3 本应用使用"星耀"作为服务计费单位，不同功能消耗不同数量的星耀。
2. 账号注册与管理
2.1 您需要通过 Apple ID 登录使用本应用。
2.2 您应妥善保管您的账号信息，因账号信息泄露导致的损失由您自行承担。
2.3 您不得将账号转让、出借或以任何方式提供给他人使用。
2.4 如发现账号被盗用或存在安全风险，请立即联系我们。
3. 用户行为规范
在使用本应用时，您同意：
- 提供真实、准确的出生信息以获得准确的命盘分析
- 不利用本应用从事任何违法违规活动
- 不干扰或破坏本应用的正常运行

4. 付费服务与星耀
4.1 本应用采用"星耀"代币系统计费。新用户注册赠送一定数量的星耀。
4.2 星耀可通过应用内购买获得，购买后不可退款。
4.3 不同的AI服务消耗不同数量的星耀，具体以应用内显示为准。
4.4 星耀仅限在本应用内使用，不可兑换现金或转让给他人。
5. 知识产权
5.1 本应用的所有内容，包括但不限于界面设计、图标、文字、代码、算法等，均受知识产权法律保护。
5.2 未经书面授权，您不得复制、修改、传播或以其他方式使用本应用的任何内容。
5.3 您通过本应用生成的命盘解读内容，您享有个人使用权，但不得用于商业目的。
6. 免责声明

Thank you for choosing Ziwei Spark (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the App regarding your use of our services.
Important: By downloading, installing, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use this App.
1. Service Description
1.1 Ziwei Spark is an intelligent destiny analysis application based on Purple Star Astrology (Zi Wei Dou Shu), providing chart generation and fortune interpretation services through AI technology.
1.2 All interpretations provided by this App are based on traditional Purple Star Astrology theory combined with artificial intelligence, and are for reference and entertainment purposes only.
1.3 This App uses "Spark" as the service billing unit, with different features consuming different amounts of Sparks.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 You need to sign in with your Apple ID to use this App.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any loss caused by account information leakage is your responsibility.
2.3 You may not transfer, lend, or provide your account to others in any way.
2.4 If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, please contact us immediately.
3. User Conduct
When using this App, you agree to:
- Provide true and accurate birth information for accurate chart analysis
- Not use this App for any illegal activities
- Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this App
- Not use technical means to illegally obtain services or circumvent payments
- Not distribute or copy content generated by this App for commercial purposes
4. Paid Services and Sparks
4.1 This App uses a "Spark" token system for billing. New users receive a certain number of Sparks upon registration.
4.2 Sparks can be purchased through in-app purchases and are non-refundable.
4.3 Different AI services consume different amounts of Sparks, as displayed in the App.
4.4 Sparks can only be used within this App and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content of this App, including but not limited to interface design, icons, text, code, and algorithms, is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content of this App.
5.3 You have personal use rights to chart interpretations generated through this App, but may not use them for commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 The destiny analysis and fortune interpretations provided by this App are for reference and entertainment only, and do not constitute any professional advice (including but not limited to medical, legal, or financial advice).
6.2 Any decisions and actions you make based on the App's content are at your own risk.
6.3 We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of interpretation content.
6.4 We are not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by:
- Network failures, system maintenance, or upgrades
- Force majeure (natural disasters, policy changes, etc.)
- Third-party service failures
- Your device or network issues
7. Data Storage and Your Rights
7.1 To provide cross-device synchronization services, your chat history will be stored on our servers with encryption protection.
7.2 You have the following data rights:
- Right to Access: You can view and export your chat history at any time
- Right to Delete: You can delete individual sessions or all chat history within the App
- Right to Account Deletion: When you delete your account, we will remove all data associated with it
7.3 We may analyze anonymized conversation data to improve service quality, but we will not sell your personal conversations to third parties or use them for advertising purposes.

10.3 After service termination, unused Sparks in your account cannot be refunded.
